I designed this bomber jacket to have compartments through out it by adding vertical seams that opened and closed with invisible zippers so you cant see them. It also reverses to a traditional bomber style.
This reversible bomber in lightweight ripstop Japanese nylon/cotton is the ultimate piece of travel gear; a weekender bag in the form of comfortable outerwear. In reverse mode, a grid of modular seams zipper open to reveal 24 mesh-layered compartments (4 on each sleeve, 4 on each side, repeated on the back; enough to hold every imaginable personal item). If you encounter low temperatures upon arriving at your destination, the compartments can be filled with packets of goose-down, retrofitting the lightweight bomber into a cold-weather puffer jacket. When the compartments are emptied, matte black metal makes the zippers disappear into the minimal silhouette once again.
